Where we deliver
We ship tabletop games and related products to the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders to the 48 contiguous states. The available method and any applicable restrictions are shown at checkout before an order is placed.
Order processing
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Processing may take longer if an item needs an edition, condition, or availability check; we will contact you if that affects your order.
Delivery and tracking
Standard delivery timing varies by product, destination, and carrier. When tracking is available, we send it to the email address supplied with the order. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and tracking updates can take time to appear.
Delivery issues
Please check the package and its contents when they arrive. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Order changes and address accuracy
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct a shipping address or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
